Our Story
O'Bagel is a family owned and operated bagel and coffee brand with roots dating back to 1995. Founded in Stirling, New Jersey by Sam El-Hassan, the business was built around family, community, and a commitment to doing things the right way. From the start, O'Bagel was more than a store. It was a daily ritual and a gathering place for families. Sam built the business alongside his family, passing down not just recipes, but standards, work ethic, and pride in craftsmanship.
Stephen El-Hassan, Sam's eldest son, grew up inside the business. He was immersed at a young age in every part of the operation, learning the craft and discipline required to build something that lasts.
